Matthew Pipitone currently serves as the Seniors Housing Platform Manager and Vice President at M&T Realty Capital Corporation, a position held since January 2013, where responsibilities include providing financing for healthcare, senior housing, and multifamily properties through various government-backed entities. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at M&T Bank from June 2005 to December 2012 as an Assistant Vice President in the Healthcare Banking Group.
