Jacob Hawk is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the capital markets sector. Currently serving as Vice President - Capital Markets at CBRE since June 2024, Jacob previously held positions in debt finance at M&T Realty Capital Corporation from August 2017 to January 2024. Prior to that, Jacob worked as a CMBS Analyst at Kroll Bond Rating Agency, Inc. and gained foundational experience as an Associate at Grant Thornton LLP. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
