Mark Walters has a range of work experience in various roles and organizations. Beginning in 2002, they worked as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Mountain Lakes High School. In the same year, they also became a Camp Director at STEPS Lacrosse. In 2003, Mark took on the role of Head Boys Soccer Coach at Mountain Lakes High School for the Mt Lakes Board of Education. Additionally, they worked as a 5th Grade Science Teacher at Wildwood School. In 2004, Mark became the Camp Director at Little Lakers Soccer Camp.

Mark Walters earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics/Management from Ohio Wesleyan University, where they attended from 1982 to 1986. Mark later pursued a Master's degree in Education from Boston College, attending from 1989 to 1991.
