Previously, Jeff held various leadership positions at Firstsource Advantage LLC, focusing on compliance and customer experience, and at Amega Inc and Dun & Bradstreet Corporation, driving operational efficiencies and revenue growth. Jeff holds a degree from The University of Toledo, earned between 1983 and 1987.
