Kevin Burke is an experienced automotive professional with a robust background in fixed operations and service management. Since March 2019, Kevin has served as the Automotive Dealership Fixed Operations Director and Parts & Service Director at MSX International, where responsibilities involve supporting the General Motors Regional Warranty and Aftersales Team. Previously, Kevin held the position of Service Operations Manager at Tracker Boat Center, overseeing daily operations in service and parts departments from July 2013 to July 2017. Kevin's earlier tenure includes serving as Director of Fixed Operations at Dale Jarrett Automotive Group from July 2002 until the group's sale in October 2012, and a lengthy career at Jerome Duncan Ford from 1978 to 2002, where roles progressed from Service Technician to Service Manager, culminating in supervision of a large service department and customer relations management.
