Manohar R has extensive experience in the field of IT recruitment, with a particular focus on US recruiting. Manohar has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 2012 as a Technical Support Specialist at Tata Business Support Services. Manohar then transitioned into IT recruitment, working as a US IT Recruiter at VST Consulting Inc from 2013 to 2016. During this time, they gained experience in IT-enabled services and developed strong communication skills.

In 2016, Manohar joined New York Global Consultants Inc. (NYGCI) as a Senior Technical Support Recruiter/Lead. In this role, they were responsible for job postings, candidate sourcing, and conducting interviews. Manohar held this position until 2020 and gained further experience in talent acquisition and leading recruitment efforts.
