Hichem Messaoudi currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at MS Pharma, where responsibilities include leading digital and IT departments, driving a five-year digital transformation roadmap, and contributing to IPO preparations. Previously, Hichem held the position of Head of IT/Digital for Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa at MSD, focusing on digital transformation and operational efficiencies. Hichem's experience also includes serving as IT Director EMEA at Capsugel, where IT harmonization and efficiency were priorities, as well as working as a Management Consultant at Deloitte Belgium, where projects centered on process improvements in the pharmaceutical industry occurred. Hichem began the professional journey as an IT Business Analyst at DHL after earning a Master of Science in Electronics and Communication Technology from the University of Antwerp.
