Mark Clements is the current Director at MSMCI and has held various positions at different companies throughout their career. Mark started at MOD Resources Ltd. in 1997 as the Executive Chairman and Company Secretary and held that position until 2019 when they left to join Auris Minerals Limited as the Company Secretary. Mark remained there until 2020 when they left to join Emerald Resources NL. Clements has also worked for Balion Corporate Services and Simon Lee Foundation.

Mark Clements received a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
