Lorraine Thompson has extensive experience in background investigation, having worked as a Senior Investigator at USIS from October 2002 to May 2013, where a full range of background investigations for OPM, CBP, and ICE was conducted. Since May 2013, Lorraine has operated as an Independent Background Investigator with OMNIPLEX World Services Corporation and KeyPoint Government Solutions, while also providing contract investigation services at multiple organizations, including CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation, MSM Security Services LLC, and Information Discovery Services. Lorraine has been self-employed as a Background Investigator since May 2015. Lorraine holds a Bachelor's degree in Geophysics from Háskóli Íslands, obtained between 1983 and 1987.
