Miloslav Mahut is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and management within the defense and industrial sectors. As Chief Executive Officer at MSM GROUP since September 2022, Miloslav oversees operations in defense and civil products, including areas such as ammunition and radio navigation systems. Prior to this role, Miloslav served as Finanční ředitel skupiny Defence at CSGM Czechoslovak Group and held multiple key positions at TATRA TRUCKS a.s., including CFO and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors. Notably, Miloslav was instrumental in the merger of TATRA TRUCKS a.s. and has a strong background in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate governance, further enriched by a Master’s degree in Business Economy and Management from VSB - Technical University of Ostrava.
