Lee Pepper has a diverse and extensive work experience in the digital strategy and performance marketing field. Lee currently holds the position of EMEA Digital Strategy Director at mSix&Partners. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Biddable at Wavemaker from 2018 to 2021. Before joining Wavemaker, Lee held the role of Performance Business Director at Horizon (Powered by Maxus) in 2017.

In their role at Horizon, Lee managed an activation team responsible for all paid media for British Airways. Lee was also responsible for client servicing, building key client relationships, integrating biddable channels across all channels, and troubleshooting any arising issues. Before Horizon, Lee served as a Performance Business Director at Maxus UK from 2015 to 2017.

Lee's early career included roles at iProspect UK, where they worked as a Search Director from 2012 to 2014, a Search Manager from 2010 to 2012, and a Senior Search Executive in 2010. Lee started their career as a Paid Search Executive at Diffiniti from 2008 to 2010.
