Teresa Hatcher is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in field service management and operations. Currently serving as the Field Service Manager at MSI Viking since September 2022, Teresa oversees field service technicians, manages budgetary responsibilities, and focuses on performance metrics. Previously held positions include ERP Project Specialist and Operations Manager at Cross Company, where Teresa trained service coordinators and managed customer service efforts.
