Jelisaveta Radosavljevic is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in consulting and customer support. Currently serving as a Principal Consultant at msg global solutions since December 2011, Jelisaveta has also held the position of Senior Consultant within the same company. Prior to this role, Jelisaveta worked as a Working Student at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S from October 2010 to March 2011, providing customer support through the Service Desk and developing related documentation. Jelisaveta holds a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
