Candice Laufer currently serves as Responsable RH et Opérations at msg global solutions since September 2020, having also held roles as Account Manager and PMO & Site Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Chef de projet Organisation et RH at Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle & By Kilian, where Candice focused on creating an HR department and implementing HR processes for 100 employees in France. At Balenciaga, Candice was responsible for HR and social relations, overseeing compliance with labor laws and managing various employee relations committees across six establishments in France. Early career stages include roles as Généraliste Ressources Humaines at Sofitel Luxury Hotels and Resorts, and various legal internships in social and business law, supported by a solid educational background in human resources management and law from prominent institutions including Institut de Gestion Sociale and University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
