Karthi Vijayan is an experienced Senior Business/Product Analyst currently at MSD Deutschland since April 2023, overseeing the SDLC phases for 29 systems within the Application Managed Services scope. Prior to this, Karthi served as a Project Lead at HCL Technologies from May 2021 to April 2023, focusing on managed services for MSD Animal Health. Karthi’s career at Infosys, spanning nearly a decade from November 2008 to August 2018, included roles as a Senior Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, and Senior System Engineer. Notably, Karthi led multiple successful CRM solution enhancement projects across 18 markets and independently implemented a retail banking CRM solution in Zimbabwe. Karthi holds an Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Kerala and a Zertifikat Deutsch B2 in German language from Sprachakademie.
