Global Data Operations Regional Head EMEA at MSD Switzerland

Maria Victoria Guagliardo has over two decades of work experience in various roles related to data management, standards, and quality assurance. Maria Victoria currently works at MSD Switzerland as the Global Data Operations Regional Head for the EMEA region. Before joining MSD Switzerland, they held the position of Senior Director for Global Data Management & Standards at MSD. Maria Victoria spent a significant portion of their career at MSD, starting as a Manager and progressing to the roles of Associate Director and Director in the Global Data Management and Standards department.

Prior to their tenure at MSD, Maria worked at the Schering-Plough Research Institute as a Project Leader and Clinical Data Coordinator. Maria's early career involved roles as a Researcher at Immunotech S.A., a PhD Fellow at Fundacion Instituto Leloir, a Fellow at Instituto Nacional de Medicamentos - ANMAT, and a Research Fellow at Universidad de Buenos Aires. Maria Victoria conducted research in various fields, including molecular diagnosis of infectious diseases, ethanol production from lignocellulosic residues, and inspection and control programs for biological and immunological products.

Maria Victoria Guagliardo completed their Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Biotechnology at the University of Buenos Aires, from 1989 to 1994. Maria Victoria then attended Ser y Hacer interaccion - escuela de formacion de coaching ontologico profesional from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Professional Ontological Coach certification.
