Angela Weber has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Angela began their career in 2001 at Merck Gruppe, where they worked as a Sales Representative in Diabetology and Endocrinology, advising customers on products and ensuring a seamless customer experience. In 2005, they became a Key Account Manager and Health Care Relations Manager, responsible for managing customer relationships, contract negotiations, and collaborations with trade channels and healthcare organizations. Angela joined MSD Switzerland in 2007 as a Project Manager in Immunology and later transitioned to the role of Product Manager in Immunology. Angela then served as a Multi-Channel Marketing Manager, Senior Product Manager in Respiratory, Bone, and Pain Franchises, and Senior Product Manager in the Atherosclerosis Franchise. In 2014, they became a National Sales Manager and subsequently a Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager. From 2017 onwards, Angela worked as the Director of Business Transformation and recently took on the role of Business Unit Director, Hospital Acute Care at MSD Switzerland.

Angela Weber has a diverse education history. In 1992, they attended Juventus Schulen Zürich, where they studied Medical Practice Assistant. Following this, from 1997 to 2000, they pursued Dental Hygiene/Hygienist at Feusi Bildungszentrum. In 2008 and 2009, Angela undertook Marketing and Communication at zB. Zentrum Bildung. In the same year, they also completed a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Business Administration at FHS St. Gallen University of Applied Sciences. Continuing their education, Angela obtained a degree in Supplementary Studies, Financial Mathematics and Statistics at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in 2009. One of their notable achievements includes earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration from the University of Rochester in 2012. Angela further expanded their expertise by completing The Multi-Channel Patient Engagement Course at CELforPharma in 2018. In 2018 and 2019, they enrolled in the Quadriga Hochschule Berlin - C4 Institute for Crisis, Change and Conflict Communication to pursue a Certified Professional Business Negotiator (DPBN - C4). Lastly, Angela attended SCRUM Alliance® in 2020, specializing in Certified Scrum Product Owner®.
