Siddharth Devarakonda is a Vice President at MSCI Inc. since July 2015, with a focus on Fixed Income Research. Siddharth has progressed through various roles at MSCI, including Senior Associate, Associate, and Analyst in Quantitative Equity and Fixed Income Research. Prior to this, Siddharth completed a summer internship at the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), where a unique GUI for high complexity GPS systems was developed. Siddharth also served as the Head of Marketing and Business Development at MetroMeet, where a GPS-based Android application enabled selective, real-time location sharing and won multiple pre-seed competitions. In addition, a summer internship at Dalmia Cement resulted in the development of a financial flow model that potentially decreased expenditure by 12%. Siddharth holds both a Master of Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, completed in 2016.
