Laura Nishikawa is a highly accomplished professional in the field of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) research, currently serving as Managing Director and Global Head of ESG Research at MSCI Inc. since January 2008. Nishikawa leads a significant team of research analysts globally, focusing on identifying ESG-related risks and opportunities for over 14,000 issuers. The team develops innovative tools to assist clients in integrating ESG factors into their investment strategies. Prior to this role, Nishikawa was a Senior ESG Analyst and Financial Sector Team Lead at RiskMetrics Group, where responsibilities included managing ESG research for the financial services sector.
