Cinthia Chavez Ruz serves as Vice President and Head of ESG Client Service for the Americas at MSCI Inc. since August 2009, overseeing a team of 28 and managing relationships with a portfolio of ESG clients to enhance retention and satisfaction. Previously, Cinthia held positions such as Vice President of Corporate Responsibility and Sr. Associate in ESG Client Service, demonstrating expertise in implementing ESG practices and advising significant clients like Blackrock. Cinthia's career at MSCI began with roles as an Analyst and Associate focusing on Equity Index Corporate Events, complemented by a trajectory that includes international experience with TenarisTamsa as a Global Trainee. Cinthia is also an MBA Professor at Universidad de Monterrey, teaching Financial Markets and Corporate Strategy. Cinthia holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from the same institution.
