Shelley Brown serves as the Executive Director, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer at MSC Group since October 2018, and has been a Director at MSC Trustees since May 2021. Previously, Shelley held various senior roles at National Australia Bank from September 2003 to April 2018, including Head of Group Credit Policy Standards and Reporting and Senior Manager Non Traded Market Risk. Shelley also worked at National Funding Holdings and National Global MBS Manager Pty Ltd as a Director, and served as Treasurer for TreeProject, a non-profit organization, from May 2012 to June 2014. Early career experience includes finance roles at ASIC and KPMG. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant designation, a Graduate Diploma in Corporate Governance, and a degree in Commerce with a focus on Accounting from the University of South Australia. Additionally, a Diploma of Management and Leadership was obtained from RMIT University.
