Natalie Jackson is a Chartered MCIPD professional with extensive experience in human resources and people management. Currently serving as the Head of People at MSB since June 2023, Natalie previously held the position of Interim HR Business Partner at Bank of America from November 2022 to June 2023. Prior roles include Head of People & Development at Direct Accident Management (Anexo Group Plc) and Head of Human Resources at Cheetham Jackson. Additionally, Natalie served as an Interim HR Generalist at both GBG Plc and DWF, and held substantial roles at Pershing, a BNY Mellon company, including Human Resources Business Partner, Vice President, and Assistant Vice President - Human Resources.
