Julian ILUNGA is a Senior Project Engineer at MSALABS since November 2021, specializing in project preparation, coordination, and monitoring across multiple African countries, with a focus on value-engineering techniques from design to construction. Previously, as a Project Engineer at CSI Construction (1997) Ltd, Julian ILUNGA managed the construction of critical infrastructure at Barrick Gold Mine, providing technical advice on site. Experience includes roles as a Site Civil Engineer and Civil Structural Engineer Intern, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing construction quality to structural design for commercial projects. Julian ILUNGA holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Centrale Nantes and an Advanced Certificate of Secondary School Education from Mzumbe High School.
