Luiz Gonzaga is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as a Reliability Engineer at MS Directional since July 2021, where responsibilities include conducting root-cause investigations and optimizing maintenance strategies. Previously, Luiz held positions including MWD Remote Specialist and MWD Field Engineer across industry leaders such as Halliburton and Weatherford, where a strong focus was placed on real-time operations monitoring and technical training. From 2007 to 2010, Luiz worked at Honda Brasil, managing teams to implement new motorcycle projects and overseeing quality control measures. Luiz holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte.
