Austin Mellor is an experienced property manager currently working at MRP Realty since August 2017, where roles have included Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager, and Property Assistant. Prior to this, Austin served as a Research Associate at CoStar Group, conducting research on commercial real estate market efficiency and transparency. Austin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of South Carolina and completed an internship with KW Commercial focused on property research. Early work experiences include positions in customer service and community development, showcasing a diverse skill set in both management and research within the commercial real estate sector.
