Steven Pigram has a diverse professional background in the IT field, having worked at Inversion6 as a SOC Engineer and Cyber Security Analyst, and at MCPc as a NOC/SOC Technical Team Lead. In their roles, Steven is responsible for training new hires, troubleshooting alerts, managing call queues, and overseeing backup solutions for customers. Steven has experience working with Windows, Citrix, VMware, and HyperV environments. Prior to their IT career, Steven worked as a Team Member at Hot Head Burritos and Firehouse Subs. Steven graduated from Mayfield High School with a diploma in Technology.
