Vincent Vales has extensive experience in the software support field, having worked at MRI Software since November 2013 and progressing through various roles including Solution Consultant, Support Team Lead, and multiple levels of Software Support Analyst. Prior to MRI Software, Vincent held the position of MLO Sr Loan Closer at Bank of America from June 2009 to October 2013. Vincent holds a Master of Public Administration from The University of Akron (2006-2008) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science/Business Administration from Ohio University (2002-2006).
