Laina Jackson is a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer support and partner relations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Panel Relations at MRI-Simmons since June 2024, Laina previously held various roles at Snap One from September 2012 to November 2023, culminating in the position of Director of Partner Support. During this tenure, Laina spearheaded a Customer Success department that contributed to a 17% increase in revenue, amounting to $7 million in 2022, by enhancing the onboarding experience for new customers.
