Sherman Gittens is a Civil Engineer II at MRB Group Engineering, Architecture & Surveying since August 2020, with previous experience as a Civil Engineering Intern for the Town of Brighton. Gittens performed site inspections, calculated, and designed elements for municipal projects during that internship. Prior to transitioning to civil engineering, Gittens accumulated extensive experience as an athletic trainer across various organizations, including roles at Rochester Institute of Technology, Gates-Chili High School, LeRoy Physical Therapy, and University of Rochester Medical Center, where responsibilities included injury assessment, rehabilitation, and coordinating medical coverage for athletic events. Gittens holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Marist College.
