Oleg Martens serves as the Director at MRAG Americas, Inc. since March 2016, where responsibilities include providing advisory services on fisheries and seafood to various sectors, along with a focus on sustainability assessments and confidential audits. Prior to this role, Oleg held the position of Senior Program Officer at the World Wildlife Fund from February 2011 to February 2016, facilitating technical assistance for sustainable sourcing among major US/EU buyers. Oleg's experience also includes serving as a Senior Consultant for FAO, where leadership was provided for investment initiatives in Coastal West Africa, and as a Fisheries Specialist at The World Bank, focusing on marine resource management in developing countries. Oleg's earlier role at MRAG Americas as Project Manager laid a foundation for their extensive expertise in environmental management and sustainable development, supported by academic credentials from prestigious institutions including Duke University, where a Master's degree in Environmental Management was earned, along with degrees in Marine Sciences and International Business from Eckerd College.
