Susan Fronk has built a distinguished career in management and human resources, currently serving as President/CEO of MRA - The Management Association since 1984. Prior roles at MRA include Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President of HR Services Group, Vice President of Consultative Services, and Manager of Employee Relations. Prior to their tenure at MRA, Susan held the position of Manager of Employee Relations at American Hamilton, a division of American Hospital Supply Corp., from 1980 to 1984, where responsibilities encompassed employee and labor relations, affirmative action, training, and safety. Susan Fronk holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
