Mariana Aguirre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both the organic products industry and compliance. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has focused on providing online organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana holds the position of Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro and work as a nutritionist in a private consulting practice. Mariana also served as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017. Academically, Mariana holds a degree in Nutrition and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México and a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online.
