Syed Mustafa is an experienced professional in the field of management systems auditing and training, currently serving as the Director of Technical Operations at MQA Certification UK Ltd. since April 2018. In this role, Syed manages the audit, training, and certification division, overseeing company accreditation and witness audits. Additionally, Syed has experience as a Channel Partner and Lead Auditor, conducting audits for various ISO management systems, including ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, while also delivering training programs. Previously, Syed worked at Consulting Services International - CSI Group from August 2003 to December 2017, where responsibilities included project management, internal auditing, and compliance consulting. Syed holds a Master's degree in Total Quality Management and a Master's in Electronics Engineering from the University of Lucknow.
