Rebecca Hauffe is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and technology management, currently serving as Site Manager at HiQ since April 2023, with responsibilities that include sales, stakeholder management, personnel oversight, coaching, and budget management. Prior to this, Rebecca held the position of Head of Talent Acquisition and Tech Manager at Zmarta from April 2019 to April 2023, focusing on recruiting key competencies across various departments. Additionally, Rebecca has extensive experience at IKEA Group in several roles, including Tech Recruiter, People & Culture Manager, and Tech Recruitment Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment strategy and management support. Earlier career experiences include roles as Regional Manager/CHRO at Nitro Consult AB and various recruitment specialist positions at Hays, Avanzera, and Dreamwork. Rebecca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Personal-och arbetslivsprogrammet from Lund University.
