Ma Soe serves as the HR Manager at MPRL E&P since August 2017, overseeing a comprehensive range of strategic human capital management functions, including team building, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. Concurrently, Ma Soe has held the role of HRBP/Country HR at Baker Hughes since September 2014, managing HR operations across Thailand and Myanmar, focusing on employee performance, legal compliance, and compensation. Previous experience includes a Senior HR Executive position at DAEWOO INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION, where Ma Soe handled manpower planning, and as HR Manager at AHRN, managing HR initiatives throughout Myanmar. Additionally, Ma Soe worked at UMW in various HR roles from 1995 to 2009, contributing to HR planning and administration. Ma Soe holds a B Sc in Chemistry and an M Sc in Science from the University of Yangon, along with a Diploma in Human Resources Management from RV Institute Management.
