Rami Barkai is an experienced professional in the defense technology sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at EMC System Ltd since July 2023, where the focus is on designing and manufacturing defense Command & Control systems. Prior to this role, Rami Barkai has held leadership positions at mPrest since January 2010, including Head of Hardware & Infrastructure and Head of Infrastructure & Hardware. Rami Barkai holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Command & Control (C3, C4I) Systems and Operations from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, completed in 1990.
