Alon Faraj, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer care and technical account management in the software industry. Currently serving as a Customer Care Professional at mPrest since June 2021, Alon previously held roles including Senior Software QA Engineer and Technical Account Manager at Continuity Software, where responsibilities included managing customer relationships and collaborating with sales teams. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Success Manager at Evolven Software, where Alon oversaw the successful implementation and support of software solutions for major clients, and as Testing and Integration Project Manager at Comverse Technology, managing testing efforts for major telecom providers.
