Jason Beard has extensive experience in facilities management and maintenance, currently serving as a Maintenance Manager at MPP since January 2018 and holding various roles at NetShape Technologies, Inc. since February 1994, including Facilities Manager, QRM Leader, and Production Supervisor. Notable achievements include leading new product introductions, supervising the plant's second shift, and designing processes for product development. Prior military service includes roles as an Infantryman in the Indiana Army National Guard and an Aviation Structural Mechanic in the US Navy. Jason Beard's technical expertise spans across compaction operations and engineering, including setup and operation of various presses. Educational background includes attendance at New Albany High School from 1988 to 1990.
