David McConnell has a background in multiple industries and roles. David worked as a Final Assembly staff at Briggs & Stratton from October 2001 to May 2002. Following that, they joined Republic Doors and Frames as a Product Design Engineer from March 2004 to July 2012. McConnell then worked as a Research & Development Engineer at Black Mountain Door from July 2012 to May 2014. David is currently the Products and Services Director at MPI since May 2014.

David McConnell attended Murray State University from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering Graphics & Design and an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Drafting & Design.
