Darren McWilliam is an experienced catering professional with a strong background in managing catering and hotel services across multiple maritime and defense sectors. Currently serving as Chief Cook at Jan De Nul Group since August 2018 and simultaneously as Catering Manager at MPI Offshore since September 2011, Darren oversees catering operations for a modern wind farm installation vessel. Previous roles include Catering Manager at Trico Supply UK Ltd, where management of services for a multi-purpose ROV/trenching vessel was a key responsibility, and Catering Manager at Sodexho Defence, overseeing three kitchens for various military ranks and managing remote catering events, including those at Edinburgh Castle. Education was completed at Andrew Marvell from 1980 to 1984.
