Jessica Papen is a seasoned professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as a People Operations Coordinator at MPB since September 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Ladenzeile, where Jessica held the positions of Human Resources Generalist and Senior Office and Culture Manager from November 2021 to September 2024. Jessica's career also encompasses a brief tenure as a Department Manager at H&M in August 2021, and previously as Store Manager at Monki from October 2020 to July 2021. Jessica spent over 15 years at H&M from May 2005 to October 2020, progressing from Sales Advisor to Assistant Department Manager and ultimately to Department Manager. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Düsseldorf, completed between 2004 and 2007.
