Napoleone Piani has a diverse range of work experience. Napoleone is currently employed as a Senior Software Engineer at mParticle, starting in December 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Pariveda Solutions, where they held multiple roles. From October 2018 to October 2020, they served as a Technical Manager and Lead Software Engineer. Before that, from September 2015 to October 2018, they were a Senior Developer and Development Team Lead. Napoleone initially joined Pariveda Solutions in July 2013 as a Software Engineer Consultant.

Before their time at Pariveda Solutions, they had a role as an IT Intern/Software Developer at etailz from February 2012 to May 2013. Prior to this, from June 2011 to February 2012, Napoleone worked as a Sales Intern at Hotstart Inc. during which they translated product specification sheets and created and translated the Spanish section of the company website.

Napoleone's earliest work experience can be traced back to their time at Gonzaga University, where they served as a Graduate Assistant from January 2012 to August 2013. During this time, they conducted research on Data Mining and taught part of a Business Intelligence class when the professor was absent for the semester. Additionally, they worked as a Teacher's Assistant from September 2010 to December 2011, grading homework for Circuits I & II classes and Digital System Design.

Napoleone Piani earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Gonzaga University between 2007 and 2011. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General, from Gonzaga University - School of Business Administration, completing it in the period from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their degrees, Napoleone Piani holds the certification of EIT (Engineer in Training) from NCEES. The specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
