Alexander Ocampo has a strong background in information technology and customer support. Alexander currently works at mParticle as a Senior Information Technology Engineer, starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Information Technology Engineer at mParticle from November 2021 to June 2023. Before joining mParticle, Alexander worked at Apple as a Mac Genius from June 2017 to November 2021, where they provided hands-on repairs and customer support. Alexander also has experience in product support and firmware troubleshooting at Samsung Electronics America from July 2016 to February 2017. Additionally, Alexander served as a Senior Logistics Coordinator / Desktop Support at Sunteck, Inc. from February 2015 to July 2016, and as an IT Manager at Unitech Services Group from September 2010 to July 2016.

Alexander Ocampo attended Bergen Community College from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator. Alexander then went on to pursue further education at Universidad del Valle (CO), but no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this institution. In terms of additional certifications, Alexander obtained the Apple Certified Portable Technician (ACPT) certification from Apple in June 2017, followed by the Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification in February 2019.
