Matthew Harper is an experienced Site Manager and former Foreman with over a decade of expertise in large-scale commercial fit outs, building refurbishments, and contracting works at MPA Projects, one of Australia's leading construction management firms. Matthew's responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with WHS standards, conducting site safety walks and toolbox talks, maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, and monitoring project milestones and subcontractor quality. Prior to MPA, Matthew held a Foreman position at Hansen Yuncken and began a career in construction as an Apprentice and Tradesman at Panadell Architectural Cladding. Matthew holds a Certificate 3 in Carpentry/Joinery from Gymea TAFE, completed in 2006, and graduated from Woolooware High School in 2002.
