Shizuka Tiernan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in technology transactions and commercial law. Currently serving as Senior Commercial Counsel at Mozilla since April 2020, Shizuka previously held the position of Commercial Counsel at Fenwick & West from October 2018 to April 2020, where Shizuka began as a Technology Transactions Associate in June 2017.
