Mark Noomen has over two decades of experience in the ICT field, currently serving as a Senior ICT specialist and Information Security Officer at Mozaïek Wonen since June 2002. Previously, Mark held the position of System Administrator at Duolink from April 1999 to June 2002, where foundational skills in IT infrastructure and system management were established.
