Edwin van Dijk is an experienced professional in the field of real estate development and asset management, currently serving as Teammanager Vastgoedontwikkeling en Assetmanagement at Mozaïek Wonen since March 2022. Previously held managerial positions include Manager Techniek at SWK, where responsibilities included overseeing the technical department and conducting technical evaluations, and Manager Vastgoedontwikkeling at COA, with involvement in translating organizational strategies into operational goals. Alongside extensive project management experience in various municipalities and companies, Edwin has been instrumental in numerous redevelopment projects and feasibility studies throughout a career spanning over two decades. Educational qualifications include a degree in Building Management and Real Estate from Delft University of Technology and further studies at Nyenrode Business University and Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen.
