Lisa Davis currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Movius, Harrisburg University of Science and Technology, and Blue Shield of California Foundation, while also holding the position of EVP and CIO at Blue Shield of California, where leadership involves overseeing IT and digital transformation for a $24 billion nonprofit health plan. Previous experience includes various leadership roles at Intel Corporation, culminating in the position of VP and GM for Digital Transformation & Scale Solutions, responsible for managing a portfolio exceeding $8 billion. Davis has also contributed to organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and Mirantis as a board member.
