Matthew O'Reilly currently serves as the Director of Business Development at Moving Mountains Recovery since January 2025 and has held the position of Vice President at MFG Empire since August 2022. Previously, Matthew worked as the Director of Business Development at Bold Steps Behavioral Health and Community Relations at Retreat Behavioral Health. With extensive experience in community outreach and business development, Matthew also served as the National Account Manager for Distribution at IC Intracom and an Outreach Coordinator at American Addiction Centers. Matthew began a career in education sales with D&H Distributing, supporting independent college bookstore accounts across several states while also having experience as a Certified Recovery Specialist at The RASE Project. Matthew is an alumnus of Penn State University.
