Tea Tse Yan Kau has had a diverse range of work experiences. They started their career as an Art Director at Dadiu in August 2016 and was in that role until December of the same year. In 2017, Tea Tse Yan Kau worked as an Art Teacher at Rygaards International School from August to June, and also as a Manga Teacher at Frederiksberg ungdomsskole from August to February of the following year. They then joined MovieStarPlanet ApS in November 2018 as a 2D content artist, and are currently still in that position. From August 2015 to May 2018, Tea Tse Yan Kau also worked as an Art Teacher at Kulturskolerne Gentofte.

Tea Tse Yan Kau completed their Bachelor of Game and Production Design degree at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts - Schools of Architecture, Design and Conservation (KADK) from 2013 to 2016. They further pursued their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Game and Interaction degree in the field of Game and Interactive Media Design from 2016 to 2018.
